This page is generated from the contract changelog at build time. Versions follow the contract version, with a -vf.N suffix for VelociFile builds of the same contract.

First published VelociFile build of the partner contract. The wire shapes in interfaces.schema.json are unchanged from the original contract packet. The following deviations from the packet apply:

  1. Version history covers versions VelociFile has served or observed, not the filing’s full past.
  2. Manifests and PDFs are available for the current version only. Requests for a superseded version answer 410 VERSION_SUPERSEDED (added to getManifest and getDocumentDownload).
  3. Search is a live view: a filing that changes while you page can move between pages. Watchers report those changes.
  4. Completeness is judged against the filing’s own SERFF attachment list.
  5. Query watchers over very broad scopes are capped at 25,000 matching filings at creation. Larger scopes answer 422 WATCHER_SCOPE_TOO_BROAD (added to createWatcher).

Servers are https://api.velocifile.ai/v1 (production) and https://api.dev.velocifile.ai/v1 (sandbox). References to the schema file use its published name, interfaces.schema.json.
